Data, analytics and location insight.

Replace gut feel and messy spreadsheets with reports and maps that answer the questions you actually ask.

01 /Is this you

You may recognise some of this.

Signs it applies to you

  • Two reports disagree and nobody can say which is right
  • You know revenue but not which parts of it make money
  • Decisions about where to operate are made on instinct
  • The numbers arrive too late to act on

What we build

  • One set of figures everyone reads, agreed once
  • Reports that answer a question rather than showing everything
  • Maps, where the question is a where question
  • Refreshed on their own, not rebuilt by hand each month

02 /How we approach it

The data you already have is usually enough

Most businesses do not have a data problem, they have a data plumbing problem. The information exists, in the accounting system, the operational system and three spreadsheets, and nothing joins it up.

We profile what is really there first, including the gaps, because a report built on a field nobody fills in is worse than no report.

Location is a question most businesses never ask

Where your customers are, where your costs concentrate, which areas are worth serving and which quietly are not. For anyone operating across a region, this is often the analysis with the largest number attached to it, and almost nobody runs it.
