What we do

AI assistants and automation

A lead messages at 9pm on a Sunday and waits until Monday. Assistants answer instantly, and bring in a person only when one is actually needed.

You may recognise some of this.

Signs it applies to you

  • Enquiries arrive out of hours and sit until someone opens the inbox
  • The same twenty questions are answered by hand every week
  • Onboarding a customer means a person chasing documents
  • Follow-ups depend on somebody remembering

What we build

  • Assistants that answer in your words, not a chatbot’s
  • Voice agents that take a call and pass on a real summary
  • Onboarding, reminders and follow-ups that run themselves
  • A clear hand-off to a person, with the context already gathered

Used where it earns its place

AI is a tool, not the product. We use it where it genuinely removes work: reading unstructured input, drafting, classifying, answering the question that has been answered a hundred times before.

Where a simple rule does the job better, we write the rule. A model that costs money on every request to do something an if-statement could do is not automation, it is a subscription.

A person is always reachable

Every assistant we build knows when to stop and fetch a human, and hands over with the context already collected rather than making the customer start again.

Nobody should have to fight software to reach you. That is the experience these are meant to replace, not reproduce.

The other three.

Workflow digitisation

Your admin lives in spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. We move it into one place where the work is captured once and nothing gets retyped.

Tell us the problem.

Based in Cape Town, working with clients anywhere. If it is not worth building, we will say that too.
