Tell us the problem in your own words. We tell you honestly whether technology can fix it, roughly what it costs and how long it takes. If it isn't worth building, we say so.
Discovery and scoping
A focused session and a proper read of the workflow end to end. We profile your data, find where time and money leak, and pick the changes that pay back fastest.
Proposal
Scope broken into phases, each separately priced, delivered and useful on its own. All in Rand, no surprises. You can stop after any phase and keep something that works.
Build
We design, build, integrate and test. Deterministic rules live in code, AI only where judgment is genuinely needed. You see working software early, and everything is documented as we go.
Embed and train
We train the people who will use it, sit with them through the first real runs, and fix what the real world surfaces. We stay until it is part of how you work.
Handover
On handover the system is yours. Code, data and accounts, all in your name. No dependency on us, and no subscription just to keep the lights on.
Support
Ongoing monitoring and management is available as an add-on, priced separately and never required. If something new comes up, you know where we are.
