Your hours back,
every week.

A day of admin done in minutes. Follow-ups that happen while you sleep. Praxa builds the systems; you run the business.

You don't have a demand problem. The customers are there. The hours aren't. They leak into spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, slow follow-ups and leads nobody chased. Most of that was never a technology problem. It's process, structure and decisions, and the right technology fixes it. We start with the outcome you need, then build the smallest, most reliable thing that gets you there.

How we work

From your problem to a system you own.

1

We talk, honestly.

A free first conversation. If technology won't fix it, we say so.

2

We find where it hurts.

We map your workflow and profile your data, then pick the wins that pay back fastest.

3

We build in the open.

Fixed price per phase, plain language, working software early.

4

It's yours.

Trained, handed over, owned outright. No black box, no lock-in.

The quiet cost

What is your week quietly costing you?

Five taps and you will know. Nothing to fill in until you have seen your number, and most people are floored by it.

Two minutes. Anonymous until you choose not to be.

What we've built

Proof, not promises.

Days → minutes

A prospect list for the price of a coffee

Finding new customers meant days of manual searching. We built a tool that maps every venue of a chosen type across a whole region and returns verified contact details. A ready-to-use prospect list in minutes.

Month end → any time

Job cards and timesheets, captured once

An operations business ran its jobs on paper and rekeyed everything into spreadsheets at month end. We built one platform where job cards, plant and hours are captured on site as the work happens, and the reporting builds itself. Nothing gets typed twice.

Five tools → one

A rentals business run from one screen

Bookings, guests, schedules and owner statements lived in separate tools that never quite agreed. We brought them into a single system, so a booking flows through to the cleaning schedule and the owner statement without anyone retyping it.

Quote → cash

The system we run Praxa on

We built our own operations portal and run the business on it: project plans, quotes, invoices and profit in one place, every project priced straight from its plan. If we would not trust it with our own numbers, we would not sell it to you.

How we help

Every service is a before and after.

Workflow digitisation

Beforeyour admin lives in spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp.

Afterone simple system where everything lives in one place. A day of admin takes minutes and nothing falls through the cracks.

AI assistants & automation

Beforea lead messages at 9pm on a Sunday and waits until Monday.

Afterassistants and voice agents answer instantly, handle onboarding, reminders and follow-ups, and bring in a person only when one is needed.

Data, analytics & location insight

Beforegut feel and messy spreadsheets.

Afterclear reports and maps that answer real questions. Where your customers are, what makes money and what doesn't.

Document & report automation

Beforean afternoon of copy-paste.

Afterprofessional, ready-to-send documents generated straight from your data in one click.

Bespoke software, when it's the right tool

When off-the-shelf won't do, we build it properly. Secure, reliable, documented, and owned by you. Used selectively, kept simple.

The team

Small team. Senior hands.

The usual AI project is a slick demo, then a black box you rent forever. Praxa builds in plain language and hands you something you own outright.

Jordon Harrod

Jordon Harrod

Founder & Engineer

Jordon founded Praxa and owns the engagement end to end: the first discovery call, the shape of the product, and the build itself. He is a founder who never left the code, shipping AI systems, data platforms and the client-facing apps on top. What you were promised in the room is what he builds.

Alex Cristaudo

Alex Cristaudo

Lead Engineer

Alex is why Praxa's work holds up under real load. A mathematician and engineer with a rare feel for hard problems, he owns the architecture: how each system is built so it scales, stays secure, and survives contact with the real world. The harder the problem, the more he wants it.

Gary Harrod

Gary Harrod

Strategy & Advisor

Gary is why Praxa thinks like a business, not just a build shop. Three decades a founder and CEO, with several exits and board seats behind him, he advises on strategy and direction, and makes sure the technology always serves a real commercial goal.

One team, no handoffs. The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free. Quick-wins sessions are a small fixed fee. Builds are quoted up front before any work starts, and we don't start anything we can't justify against the hours it saves you.

How long does a build take?

Quick wins land in days. Most builds are live within weeks, not months. We build the smallest reliable thing first and grow it from there.

Do we need to be technical?

No. You explain the problem in your own words; we explain the solution in plain language. No jargon at any point.

We already use software. Will this replace it?

Usually we connect and simplify what you already have rather than rip it out. New software only where it genuinely earns its place.

Will AI replace our staff?

It removes the hours nobody wanted: the copy-paste, the chasing, the retyping. Your people get those hours back for work that needs a human.

Where are you based?

Cape Town, South Africa. We work with clients anywhere.

Tell us the problem.

We'll tell you the simplest way to solve it. If it isn't worth building, we'll say that too.
